Cyrian Kedowide, Year 11 awarded scholarship from Oxford Royale Academy.

E.I.S. is thrilled that for the third year in a row, one of our students has been offered a full scholarship on Oxford Royale Academy’s world-renowned Oxford Summer School. Cyrian Kedowide will have the opportunity to experience life in Oxford for two fantastic weeks in summer 2019. In addition to classes with Oxford Royale Academy’s tutors, Cyrian will be able to enjoy a wide range of activities in Oxford as well as excursions further afield to other UK cities, including London, and make friends for life with students from all over the world. This wonderful opportunity is provided by ORA’s Scholarship Programme, which offers talented students the chance to attend an ORA programme on a full scholarship.

Cyrian is a well-disciplined student who always gives his best in academics and extra-curricular activities. He excels in capoeira, soccer, and other sports. His strong talent in theatre was exhibited in his lead role of Macbeth in the 2018 E.I.S. Shakespeare production and he is an active member of the school’s student-run band / choral group. Cyrian is doing his Community Service this year at the radiology clinic, Centre d’Imagerie Médicale “SEZO.”

We are proud of Cyrian Kedowide and wish him the best.
