Dear Parents,

E.I.S. International Day was a colourful, spirited display of the many cultures and the global unity that our children project. Your contributions of delicious food were greatly appreciated. All ages had fun and learned a lot on the day.

The month of February brings delightful festivals which we enjoy honouring in school. Chinese New Year of the Dragon celebrations begin on 10th February and Mardi Gras and St. Valentine’s Day will be on 13th and 14th February, respectively.

Half-term holiday

The half-term holiday will be on Thursday, 15th - Monday 19th February (inclusive). Classes will resume on Tuesday, 20th February.

I would like to remind you of the open invitation to call in for an appointment with your child’s teacher or with me if you wish to discuss your child’s programme or have queries of any nature. You may seek assistance from the school secretary to make such appointments. We appreciate your consideration of teachers’ busy work schedules and the necessity for them to remain attentive to pupils’ needs during school hours.

We thank you for your cooperation in making sure that the telephone numbers which you have given to the school are working numbers, should we need to contact you in the event of an emergency.
