Dear Parents,

We will soon come to our last month of the academic year, which promises to be a busy and exciting one with next level preparation going on in classes, field trips and a number of projects. It is important to note that the end of examinations does not mean the end of school and studies. The academic year will end on the half-day of 28th June.

Please make note of the following information and dates:

E.I.S. 2023 – 2024 Yearbook

Students on the Yearbook Committee are working hard to get it all ready to go to press. Order forms will be sent home on Monday, 27th May, and may be returned to Class Teachers or directly to the Secretary’s office. The price this year is 20,000 fcfa, and payment should be made by Monday, 10th June.

Requests for Documents

We ask that you kindly make any request for needed documents (Attestation of Attendance / Certificat de Scolarité, Transfer Certificate, Transcript, etc.) by 15th June.

Update of Parents’ Phone Numbers and Email Addresses

It is essential that the school have a phone number on which you can be reached in the event of an emergency. Please inform the secretary of any phone number and email address updates.

The school calendar for Academic Year 2024 – 2025 is available for view on the school website. When making travel plans, please note that the next academic year will begin on Monday, 16th September 2024.
