Kindly note the following information to include in our busy month of May:
Re-inscription for Academic Year 2017 – 2018
We are beginning to receive new student enrolments and are looking ahead to estimate class sizes.
In order to indicate your intentions for your child in the next academic year, payment of a re-inscription fee (to be deducted from the tuition) is needed to validate your commitment.
Performance: Shakespeare’s, The Merchant of Venice – Friday, 12th May at 18:30
You are invited to the Lower School Garden to watch Years 10 and 11 perform their version of the Shakespeare play which is on their Cambridge Examination syllabus.
Half-term holiday: 18th and 19th May
We will resume classes on Monday, 22nd May
The rainy season is upon us, bringing along a refreshing coolness. As many of you know, rains can be quite heavy during the months of May and June. I would like to remind you to ensure that your children are adequately prepared with rain gear, especially for their walk down the pavement leading from the barrier at the entrance to our school road. Cars will not be permitted to enter the school road to drop children off right in front of buildings.
The provisional school calendar for Academic Year 2017 – 2018 is now out. You may consult the school website for next year’s information and events. Hard copies of the calendar are also available in the secretary’s office. When making travel plans, please note that the next academic year will begin on Thursday, 14th September2017.
Thank you for your cooperation.
