I would like to extend a warm welcome back to the entire school community and give my wishes for peace and good health in the New Year. We have a few new school families to whom I extend words of welcome and wishes for success in their new situations.
We welcome new teachers, Mrs. Claudia Sessouma (Year 10 Geography and History) and Mr. AaronGeorge (Lower School Games).
Please make note of the following information and dates:
These examinations for Years 11, 12 and 13 students will begin on 25th January. We count on the cooperation of all at school during this time to provide support and encouragement to their fellow students. More detailed information will be forthcoming to those involved.
After-school activities for Term 2 will begin next week. A detailed list of activities is available on the school website. We appreciate your cooperation and respect of instructors by settling activity fees at the beginning of term. Kindly make sure that your child is picked up promptly after activities at 4:00 p.m. Younger siblings should not be left to wait around for older siblings participating in activities.
If you were unable to attend the Parents’ Information Evening, during which time teachers displayed and discussed curriculum information, please note that you may access such on our school website. If you wish to discuss your child’s programme or have queries of any nature, the invitation remains open to call in for an appointment with me, with Mrs. T (Assistant Head) or with your child’s class teacher. You may seek assistance from the school secretary to make such appointments.
Welcome E.I.S. Alumni!
We have been pleased to see several of our EIS alumni returning to school to visit and share their experiences and memories with teachers and students. We are proud of how well our alumni are doing in their various careers and institutes of higher learning. We wish them continued success in their endeavours.
